And the answer is... well that's sort of up to you! If such a transformative programme is going to work, it has to be created by as many people as possible - everyone has to feel as though they are a part of it.

And different places will need different elements of a Green New Deal. Whilst the core principles will remain true, Devon will need a different approach to Birmingham. Exeter will need a different approach to Postbridge.

 

Each place and each community comes with its own unique needs and perspectives.

That's what we want to do at Green New Deal Devon - involve as many people, places and communities as possible to help them imagine a better future, with the Green New Deal at the core.

This website will be a place where we share the ideas we find along the way, and hopefully a space where we can enable others to contribute.

​

But we're still in early days right now, so below is a starter for ten. Some ideas to get your started - you may not agree, you may think we're missing something, but hopefully it will spark some ideas in you.
